Q: Does the CBT come with a book?
A: Yes, it comes with a full edition textbook.

Q: Is there a presentation included with the CBT?
A: Currently only the Designer CBT has a classroom presentation. The Web Intelligence CBT will contain a presentation by March 2008. Until then, the presentation can be requested with quantity orders. It is also on the non-CBT version of the Web Intelligence manual.

Q: Does Schmidt Ink do classroom training?
A: Yes, we do. We have a training center in San Diego, where we can train up to six people. We also do on-site and virtual training through the internet.

Q: Are the CBT's available for server installation?
A: Yes, they are. Corporations can license the CBT videos and place them on a server for all employees to access. Contact Schmidt Ink for more information.

Q: Are there quantity discounts for corporations?
A: Yes. We are very creative in getting corporations fair pricing on our material.
